Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Imgflow (a service of Kloop LLC) collects, how we use it, who can see your content, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account information: name, username, email, password (stored hashed), profile photo, bio, website, language, and your privacy and comment settings. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email and profile photo from them.
Your content: the images you post or edit with our tools (with metadata such as size, dimensions, dominant color and upload date), captions, locations you add, alt text, comments, saved posts and collections, and private messages.
Your activity: who you follow, block, mute or restrict, your close friends, likes, "not interested" choices, hashtags you follow, reports you send, and which posts you view.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and request logs, used for security and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

To run the Service: show your profile and posts to the people you choose, deliver comments, messages and notifications, and enforce your storage allowance.
To personalize your feed and recommendations. Your likes, saves, comments, views, follows and the hashtags you engage with are used to rank your feeds, suggest posts in "For you" and suggest people to follow. Your "not interested" choices teach the system what to show less.
To keep Imgflow safe: filter comments, review reports, detect spam and abuse, and protect forms from bots.
To show ads that keep the Service free.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see your content

Public profiles and public posts can be seen by anyone, may appear in search engines and in other people's recommendations.
If your account is private, only approved followers can see your posts. Each post can also be limited to your followers or your close friends. Archived posts are visible only to you.
Private messages are visible to the people in the conversation. They are not end-to-end encrypted; our team may access them only when necessary for safety, to handle reports, or when required by law.
Your likes may be shown to the post's author and to people who view the post, unless the author hides like counts.

Services we work with

Google AdSense and Google's consent manager show ads and record your consent choices. You can change them at any time with "Privacy and cookie settings".
Cloudflare Turnstile protects sign-up, sign-in and contact forms from bots.
Google and Facebook, only if you choose to sign in with them.
Runware processes images you send to the AI tools (upscale and background removal).
Our hosting provider stores the Service's data and files.

Cookies and local storage

We use a secure cookie to keep you signed in, a cookie to remember your language, and your browser's local storage for preferences such as theme and recent searches. Our advertising partner uses cookies according to the consent you give.

How long we keep data

Your content stays until you delete it or your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, images, comments, likes, saves and follows.
Tool results created without an account are deleted automatically after a short time (currently 15 minutes).
Security logs are kept for up to 14 days. Backups are kept for a limited time and then overwritten.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your information, change your privacy, audience and comment settings, manage blocked, muted and restricted accounts, delete posts, and delete your account from Settings. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Children

Imgflow is not for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will show a notice on the site.
