Terms of Service

Welcome to Imgflow, a service operated by Kloop LLC ("Kloop", "we", "us"). By using imgflow.xyz (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Imgflow

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You can't use Imgflow if we have previously suspended your account.

2. Your account

Keep your password safe and your information accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can sign in with email and password or with Google or Facebook. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Each account has a storage allowance (shown in Settings → Storage). Every photo you post and every tool result you keep counts toward it. We may change allowances for all or some accounts.

3. What you can post

Imgflow is for images only. Don't post, share or send content that:

  • is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to share;
  • sexually exploits or endangers minors — we report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and the authorities;
  • promotes hate, harassment, violence, self-harm or terrorism;
  • shares someone's private information or intimate images without consent;
  • is spam, a scam, malware or phishing, or impersonates someone;
  • is sexual or graphic without being marked as sensitive where the Service allows it.

4. Sharing, audiences and interactions

Your profile and public posts can be seen by anyone, including people without an account, and may appear in search engines and in other people's recommendations. You can make your account private, choose an audience for each post (everyone, followers, or close friends), archive posts, and control who can comment. People you share with can still take screenshots, so share thoughtfully.

Comments and messages must follow the same rules as posts. You can hide comments, filter words, restrict, mute or block other accounts, and report content. Comments that match filters or receive several reports may be hidden automatically until reviewed.

5. Image tools and remixes

Our tools let you edit your own images and remix images shared on Imgflow. Only remix or repost someone else's work if you have the right to, and credit them. Some tools (upscale, background removal) send the image to an AI processing provider. Results created without an account are deleted automatically after a short time (currently 15 minutes).

6. Your content and our license

You keep ownership of everything you post. You give Kloop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, resize, convert, display and distribute your content within the Service — for example to show it on your profile, in feeds and recommendations, in previews when it's shared, and in search results — according to the audience you choose. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have legitimately shared or that we must keep by law.

If you believe your work was posted without permission, contact us with the details and we'll review it.

7. Ads

The Service is free and is supported by advertising (Google AdSense). Ads are clearly marked as sponsored.

8. Moderation and termination

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk. Where appropriate, we'll tell you why. You can contact us if you think we made a mistake.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep Imgflow running, but the Service is provided "as is", without warranties. Keep your own copies of anything important. To the extent the law allows, Kloop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content posted by other users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant we'll let you know on the site. Continuing to use Imgflow after an update means you accept the new Terms.
