Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data Imgflow (a service of Kloop LLC) collects, how we use it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account info: name, email, password (hashed) when you register.
  • Uploaded images: stored on our servers; metadata such as size, dimensions, and timestamps.
  • Usage: IP address, user agent, request logs (kept for security and abuse prevention).
  • Cookies: session cookies for keeping you signed in, language preferences, and CSRF protection.

What we do NOT collect

  • We do not sell or rent your data.
  • We do not run ad-targeting based on the content of your images.

Third parties

  • Cloudflare Turnstile — for bot protection on forms.
  • Google AdSense — may serve ads on parts of the site (you can review their policy at policies.google.com).
  • Cloud storage — uploaded files may be stored on cloud object storage (e.g. R2, S3) for durability.

Anonymous uploads

Anonymous images and their metadata are deleted after the configured TTL (currently 15 minutes).

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us via Kloop LLC or through the contact form.

Changes

If we materially change this policy we will display a notice on the site.
