Welcome to Kloop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") enable you to use Kloop’s website, mobile apps, and other products and services (collectively the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who Can Use the Services

You may use the Services only if you agree to these Terms and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You are responsible for any activity on your account. We reserve the right to force forfeiture of any username for any reason.

3. Content on the Services

You retain all rights to the text, images, videos, and comments ("User Content") you post. By submitting User Content, you grant Kloop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and providing the Services.

4. Acceptable Use & Safety

We strive to keep Kloop safe. You agree not to post content that: (i) is illegal, violent, or promotes terrorism; (ii) contains hate speech, harassment, or bullying; (iii) contains sexually explicit material involving non-consenting subjects or minors; (iv) constitutes spam, scams, or deceptive practices; or (v) infringes on intellectual property rights.

5. Monetization & Creator Rewards

Eligible creators (minimum 18 years old, 2,000 followers, 20,000 monthly views) may participate in the Creator Rewards Program. Earnings are based on "Qualifying Views" as determined by our proprietary algorithms. We strictly prohibit artificial manipulation of views ("farming"). Kloop reserves the right to withhold payouts and ban accounts found engaging in fraud. Payouts are made via PayPal and are subject to minimum thresholds.

6. Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. If suspended, you will lose access to your content and any accrued but unpaid earnings.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". IMGFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMGFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS.
