ImgFlow provides free tools to compress, convert, and resize image files. These services are available to both registered users and guests. We aim to offer fast, simple, and reliable image processing features without the need for installing software.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content you upload, including ensuring you have the rights to use and modify the images.
  • You may not use ImgFlow to store or process illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
  • You must not use the service for abusive or automated purposes (e.g., bots or mass file uploads).

4. File Retention

  • Guest images are automatically deleted after 4 hours.
  • Registered users may store images on their account up to a limit of 500 MB. Users are responsible for managing their own storage space.

5. Account Registration

Creating an account allows you to store images, view your history, and access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, and service infrastructure of ImgFlow are the exclusive property of the website owner. We do not claim ownership of the images you upload, but you grant us permission to temporarily process them as part of the service.

7. Limitations of Liability

ImgFlow is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data or corrupted files.

8. Third-Party Services

We may include third-party services such as Google Ads or Analytics. These services have their own terms and policies, which you are encouraged to review.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ImgFlow at any time for violating these terms or for security, technical, or legal reasons.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via the site or email. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
